Third multinational company relocates to KAO Park, Harlow

Pearson EducationPearson, the world's leading education company, is the third multinational company to be relocating to KAO Park at the Harlow Enterprise Zone. Pearson will occupy 28,000sq ft of the new KAO Two office building where the company has agreed a 10 year lease. Pearson’s move follows the lettings of Raytheon and Arrow Electronics last year, totalling over 110,000sq ft, in KAO One at the 35-acre KAO Park.

Pearson’s move is part of a £25 million long term investment and will continue an association with Harlow that goes back over 40 years. The UK based global company will move its 300 Harlow based staff into the new science and enterprise site in summer 2017.

“KAO Park has enjoyed a surge in lettings over the last year attracting occupiers such as electronics supplier, Arrow Electronics, and defence innovation specialist, Raytheon UK. We are delighted that Pearson has agreed to join the KAO Park family.”
